1 sticker/1 digital stamp will be issued for every CHF 20 spent (net amount) at Migros supermarkets, Migros partners, VOI and at migros.ch from 12 August to 22 September 2025, while stocks last. A maximum of 15 stickers/stamps may be issued per purchase (maximum receipt amount of CHF 300). For orders placed on migros.ch, both the order date and delivery/collection date must lie within the promotional period.

No stickers/stamps will be issued upon the purchase of vouchers, gift cards, taxed refuse bags, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and services. The net amount will apply in relation to the purchase value (actual amount still to pay after deduction of discounts, etc.).

The completed collection/stamp card must be handed in at the checkout of a Migros supermarket, Migros partner or VOI and entitles the holder to purchase a Playmobil set of their choice (while stocks last). The collection card is only valid if 20 stickers have been stuck to it. The offer may be redeemed between now and 29 September 2025.

The Playmobil sets are not available for general purchase and may only be obtained by handing in a completed collection/stamp card.

The related Playmobil Migros lorry and Playmobil Migros store are available for CHF 39.90 each (while stocks last). Completed collection/stamp cards do not entitle holders to a discount on the Playmobil Migros lorry or Playmobil Migros store.

If items are no longer available, the FMC may, at its own discretion, cancel the promotion prematurely and/or provide other benefits until the end of the promotion period.

This promotion provides the option of collecting stamps digitally in the app or stickers physically in a collection booklet.

Digital collection option (in the Migros app)

The Migros app and a free Migros account linked to a Cumulus account are required to activate the digital collection option. A Cumulus account may be used as a household account by several people in the same household via their Migros account. To use the digital collection option, the stamp card used for the promotion must be activated in the Migros app. The Cumulus card must be presented when making purchases to enable the digital stamps to be credited to the account.

By activating the stamp card in the app, the customer selects the digital collection option. Subsequent switching to the physical collection option during the current promotion is excluded.

Physical stickers cannot be converted into digital stamps and vice versa. If customers choose the digital collection option, no additional physical stickers will then be issued. Digital stamps and stamp cards are non-transferable and are linked to a single Cumulus account. However, several people from the same household may use the same Cumulus number if the Cumulus household owner registers the Migros accounts in the Cumulus household account. This then enables household members to collect stamps together.

When using Subito GO, only the digital collection option is available and no physical stickers will be issued upon presentation of the digital receipt. The digital voucher, which entitles the holder to purchase a collection item, will be automatically activated when the collection/stamp card has been completed after around two to three minutes following the purchase and may be redeemed for a collection item of your choice (while stocks last) at a store (Migros, Migros partner or VOI) when the next (purchase) transaction is made. The customer may either scan the collection item selected themselves at the Subito checkout or redeem it at a staffed checkout. To redeem the offer, customers must present their Cumulus card and an activated voucher.

Famigros members enjoy an exclusive benefit: they will automatically receive two free stamps when activating their digital stamp card.

Cash payments/refunds for stickers/digital stamps, collection cards/vouchers or Playmobil sets are excluded. Transferring stickers/stamps or collection/stamp cards in return for payment or selling them on online marketplaces is prohibited. Legal action will be taken in the event of any incidents of theft, fraud or attempted fraud in connection with this promotion and will result in immediate exclusion from participation. The FMC may make changes to the conditions of the promotion at any time, refuse to issue Playmobil sets for important reasons (e.g. violation of these conditions), exclude participants and/or cancel the promotion prematurely.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be Zurich. The promotion and all legal relationships between the organiser (FMC) and participants will be governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the full exclusion of the conflict of laws provisions and the provisions of the Vienna Convention (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980).
